Foreign referees for IPL?

This year, which is the first year of pro football in Iran, has been filled with controversial calls by the league’s domestic referees. Which has been costly at times for the losing side. Because of this, there has been talks of bringing foreign referees to the League to call the games. Until now, foreign referees have only been used for the Esteghlal-Perspolis match every year because of its importance.

The biggest supporter of this proposal is the Saipa team, who also has been victimized by bad calls by the referees, most recently being their match against Perspolis. The saipa team has also agreed to pay for the foreign referees that they get for their matches. This issue will be much talk about during the next few months for the IPL and Mr. Farahani, who will make the decision.
