Paatoop.com - Malavan Anzali’s coach said, “Unfortunately, the club’s financial situation is not good, and all these problems have made things hard for us.”
After Malavan’s friendly match against Esteghlal on November 12th, Hamid Estili said, “I want to thank Esteghlal and Parviz Mazloumi for setting up this match.”
The World Cup 98 goal-scorer (vs USA) said, “We will be in Tehran for a few more days, and we will play another friendly against a Division 2 team.”
Estili added, “Unfortunately, the club’s financial situation is not good, and all these problems have made things hard for us… We also have a few injured players, but our main problem is financial. I hope our financial problems are solved so the players can play with more focus.”
Regarding Team Melli’s qualification campaign, Estili said, “Playing against Turkmenistan, Oman, and Guam is not hard. We have to prepare for the next round of qualification.”
Estili explained, “These breaks (in the league, for Team Melli matches) are harmful to the clubs, but I hope that they ultimately help the national team.”
