Tasnim - Ali Hanteh has been appointed as new head coach of Esteghlal Ahvaz football team on Saturday.
Hanteh replaced Siavash Bakhtiarizadeh, who was sacked after 5-0 defeat to Rah Ahan at the Week 8 of Iran Professional League (IPL) on Friday.
Hanteh returns to Ahvaz for his second spell as head coach. He led the team in 2012-13 season.
Hanteh started his coaching career with Fajr Khorasan in 1997 and has also coached Tarbiat Khorasan, Payam Mashhad, Aboomoslem and Shahrdari Arak.
Esteghlal Ahvaz, who won the promotion to IPL in 2015-16 season, currently is 15th just two points off the bottom of the table.
