TEHRANTIMES - Mohammad Nazemosharia stepped down less than one month after taking charge of Iran futsal team.

It’s understood he made decision following some problems with the Iranian football federation.

Nazemosharia replaced Jesus Candelas in Team Melli on September 15.

Under tutelage of him, Iran defeated Russia 3-1 on Saturday and was held to a 2-2 draw one day later.

The Iranian team will also travel to Italy on October 22 to play the European team.

Iran is preparing for the 2016 AFC Futsal Championship which will be held in Uzbekistan from February 10 to 21.
