Tasnim – Mohammad Nazemosharia was named as new head coach of Iran’s futsal team on Tuesday.
He replaced Jesus Candelas in Team Melli. The Spaniard parted company with Iran futsal team in May.
Iran will play two friendlies against Russia on October 10 and 11.
The Iranian team will also travel to Italy on October 22 to play the European team.
Former Iran futsal coach Ali Sanei has been appointed as technical manager of the team.
Former Iran coach Hossein Shams and former Iran captain Vahid Shamsaei were among the candidates.
