Tasnim - Iran's Esteghlal has been linked with a summer move with Croatian striker Pero Pejic.

The 33-year-old striker is a member of Albanian football team Kukesi at the moment.

Esteghlal has reached an initial agreement with Pejic.

The Croatian football player will come to Tehran on Saturday to finalize his contract, the Iranian popular club announced.

Pejic began his career at Croatian football team NK Zmaj Makarska but soon moved to play for Vrbovec in 2000.

He has been named as the Albanian Superliga top goalscorer in 2013–14 and 2014–15 seasons.
