Tasnim - Brighton & Hove Albion has had a bid accepted for NEC Nijmegen winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh, after a long-term interest in the player, according to a report in de Gelderlander.
Brighton, an English Championship side, who had barely escaped relegation zone last season, was among interested clubs in NEC's top striker.
Celtic, who will represent Scotland at UEFA Champions League, with high chance of domestic title next season is also in hunt to acquire the Iranian winger.
Another interested club is reportedly newly-promoted English Premier League club Norwich City.
However, so far only Brighton has put forward an official bid. The bid of 2 million Euro was accepted by NEC club according to its official statements.
Now the ball is in Alireza Jahanbakhsh's court.
During the 2014/15 campaign, Jahanbakhsh, 21, made 31 appearances for NEC.
He netted 13 goals and registered 18 assists, as the club won promotion from the Jupiler League in first place.
