PFDC - Khodada Azizi was once again invited to the national team after a long time due to his disagreements with the resigned IFF president Mr. Safahi Farahani and previous national team coaches Blazevic and Ivankovic. Now that Khodadad Azizi, the renowned striker of Pas, is among the 41 invited players to the national squad of Iran he says: "Although I had previously decided not to play for the national side again, I have agreed to return to the lineup only for the sake of Homayoun Shahrokhi (Pas head coach), and the temporary Iran's head coach as I believe Mr. Shahrokhi is a qualified team manager for our national team." says Azizi. |
