Tasnim - Persepolis Brazilian midfielder Fernando Gabriel will be out of action for five weeks after having surgery on his head.
The 26-year-old football player suffered a fractured skull in the match against Naft Masjed Soleyman on Thursday.
Gabriel will miss crucial match against Al-Nasr of Saudi Arabia in the AFC Champions League, slated for Tuesday.
The Brazilian midfielder was a key member against Lekhwiya of Qatar and Uzbekistan’s Bunyodkor.
