Iran Drops One Place in FIFA Rankings

Tasnim - Iranian national football team dropped one place to 42nd in the latest FIFA rankings published on Thursday.


Iran has moved down one place in the rankings but is still Asia’s No.1 followed by Japan, South Korea and Australia.

European champion Spain has fallen out of the top 10 in FIFA's rankings for the first time since 2007.

World Cup winner Germany is still No. 1 ahead of Argentina, Colombia, Belgium and the Netherlands.

The next FIFA World Ranking will be published on 9 April 2015.
