Tasnim - An Australian site reported that Iran and Iraq contest was the best Asian Cup match.

The Iranian football team lost to Iraqi outfit 8-7 on the penalty shootout.

The site also praised the goals from Iran’s Ehsan Hajsafi and Australian Tim Cahill but wrote Luongo's spectacular long-range goal was the tournament’s best goal.
