Tasnim - The Iranian national football team beat Benfica 1-0 in a friendly on Tuesday.


Carlos Queiroz’s men had already defeated Estoril 2-0 in their first warm-up match.

Iran is holding a camp in Lisbon to prepare for the 2015 AFC Asian Cup in Australia in January.

Team Melli is in Group C of the AFC Asian Cup along with the UAE, Bahrain and Qatar.
