PLDC - Esfahan, Zob Ahan's Board of Directors have convinced Luka Bonacic to stay with the club.

Although the Croatian coach had announced that he will be leaving the Esfahani club because of his team's poor performance, the Board of Directors of Zob Ahan has convinced him to stay.

Zob Ahan avoided getting relegated last season after defeating Pas Hamedan in the play-offs, but The Greens are not having a good season this time around either. They are currently 13th in the IPL with only 14 points from 15 matches.
