PLDC - Tehran, Hrayr Mkoyan, the centre-back of Armenia national team known as the barbed wire in his country, is twenty seven years old and has a record of more than 40 national matches.

After the initial consent, this player signed a two-year contract with Esteghlal in a meeting in the presence of Bahram Afsharzadeh, the CEO of the club, today noon (Monday). Mkoyan is to take part in the medical test of the club.
