Tasnim - Former Iraq football coach Vladimir Petrovic has reached an agreement with the Iranian Tractor Sazi of Tabriz football team on Friday.

The 59-year-old coach will finalize his contract next week with the Iranian football team.

Petrovic, who has played for Arsenal, Red Star Belgrade, Royal Antwerp, Standard Liege, and Nancy, will take charge Tractor Sazi for one season.

The Serb will replace Portuguese Toni Oliveira in Tractor Sazi.

Petrovic has worked as coach in China, Iraq and Yemen national teams. He also coached football clubs Red Star Belgrade, Vojvodina, and Dalian Shide.
