Peykan back in IPL, Fajr relegated

Peykan v Fajr Sepasi

PLDC - Tehran, Peykan defeated Fajr Sepasi to make its way back to the Iran Pro League.


The lone goal of this match was scored by Saeed Halafi in the 71st minute.

The first leg of this play-off series ended 0-0 in Shiraz, and Fajr failed to score and stay in Iran's top division.

Peykan is therefore the last team to qualify for the 2014-15 Iran Pro League season. Naft Masjed Soleyman and Padideh Shandiz Mashhad have already directly qualified.

Fajr Sepasi, Mes of Kerman and Damash were relegated from IPL.
