Ashkan Dejagah of Fulham celebrates scoring against Newcastle United

PLDC - London, Fulham hosted Newcastle United in Craven Cottage, with the presence of 25664 spectators.


Ashkan Dejagah scored the only goal of the match in the 68th minute. The Iranian international struck the ball beautifully from outside the penalty box, and beat the keeper with his low shot that came in between several players, giving Newcastle's number-1 no time to react properly.

Dejagah was subbed off in the 87th minute due to an injury, and replaced by Kasami.

The Whites will travel to Manchester to face City on March 22nd.
