PLDC - Tehran, The Portuguese head coach assistant of Team Melli announced that he would leave Team Melli due to personal reasons.

The Portuguese newspaper “Record” reported that Antonio Simoes, the assistant of Carlos Queiroz decided to retire from cooperating with Queiroz in Team Melli after aging 70 years, but his retirement was not because of Iran Football Federation.

He announced that his separation was due to his personal matters.
