PLDC - Tehran, Esteghlal has received a warning from the Asian Football Confederation to prevent bad fan behaviour.

In this letter, AFC has seriously warned Esteghlal and specified that if the club's fans throw water bottles and garbage on the field during the match against FC Seoul on Wednesday in Azadi Staidum, then Esteghlal will be deprived from hosting home-games in the future.

During last round's home-leg against Buriram United, Esteghlal fans threw bottles and garbage on the field, and now the club has been given its last chance to mend the behaviour of its fans, or face severe penalties.  

The Blues of Tehran have already been fined for the same behaviour in the group stages of this year's Champions League, and it seems that if this behaviour continues then their punishment will be much more severe and crippling.
