TEHRANTIMES - Masoud Shojaei has revealed that he wants to play regularly at Las Palmas and enjoys football.

Shojaei joined Spanish second-tier side Las Palmas on Monday night on a one-year contract.

“I decided to join Las Palmas since they are a great team. I am here to enjoy football and help the team to return to La Liga once again,” Shojaei said in his presentation on Friday.

Shojaei will wear the No. 12 jersey for Las Palmas.  

Las Palmas now stands in disappointing 17th place with two points after three rounds.

Shojaei’s contract expired at the end of the last season with Osasuna after five seasons and the Pamplona based team didn’t renew his contract.
