PLDC - Tehran, Khalatbari's transfer fee has been paid by an Iranian football enthusiast.

Persepolis chairman, Mohammad Royanian said, "We had a meeting with Khalatbari to review the financial details of his transfer. Fortunately, an Iranian businessman has donated the full amount for Khalatbari's separation from Ajman Club, We hope everything goes well and this transfer happens soon."
