PLDC - Liege, Reza Ghoochannejhad started for the first time for Standard Liege this season.

Gucci started in the Europa League match verses Xanthi of Greece. Standard Liege won this match with a score of 2-1, and qualifed for the play-off round of the 2013-2014 UEFA Europa League.

The Iranian forward was subbed out in the 69th minute for Igor Alberto de Camargo, who scored the goal that won the game for Standard Liege, just a minute after coming on the field.

Standard Liege also won the first leg against Xanthi in Greece, with the same score.
