Mehrdad Pooladi underwent surgery



PLDC - Tehran, The Persepolis defender underwent surgery in Day General Hospital in Tehran, for the second time.


Mehrdad Pooladi underwent foot surgery for the second time, after the first operation was unsuccessful.

He was supposed to leave Iran to get operated on in another country, but this decision was cancelled and he had a surgery in Tehran.

The 26-year-old will miss the first half of the season as he needs sufficient time to heal.

Persepolis officials visited him today in Day General Hospital and brought him pastries (Shirini), which is customary in Iran.
