PLDC - Esfahan, The Chilean-Iranian who was born in Austria, Ali Manuel Manouchehri Moghadam Kashan Lobos joins Zob Ahan with a one year contract.
Manouchehri, who has a Chilean mother and an Iranian father, moved to Chile at the age of eight and for years developed in the academies of the South American country. He was also a member of the Chile U23 team.
He is looking to get an Iranian passport and try out for Team Melli. The center back who is 1.86 meters tall (6 ft 1 in) will be 27 years old in August.
If he shows a good performance in the Iran Pro League, he will most likely get a shot to prove himself as Carlos Queiroz has proven that he is a fair coach and will give deserving players a chance.
