TEHRANTIMES - Hashem Beikzadeh has extended his contract with Esteghlal football team on Wednesday.

The 29-year-old defender has signed a one-year contract extension with the Iranian giant.

“I am happy to sign a new contract. I hope Esteghlal brings good players for the AFC Champions League,” Beikzadeh said.

On Tuesday, Hanif Omranzadeh signed a one-year contract extension with Esteghlal.

Esteghlal goalkeeper Mehdi Rahmati has not yet extended his contract.

Rahmati’s contract expired at the end of the season and he has been linked with some Iranian clubs.
