PLDC - Rasht, The Blues were able to top the table after defeating Damash in Rasht, however they played today's only game and Foolad can regain the first spot if they win tomorrow.

Esteghlal defeated Damash in Azodi Stadium in Rasht, with a score of 2-1. The match was spectated by 7610 fans.

The Blues started the game offensively and gained four corners in the first seven minutes of the match, but they were unable to use these early opportunities to score.

In the 17th minute,  Amin Motevaselzadeh scored for Damash from a long pass that came from the young defender, Hadi Mohammadi.

In the 25th minute, Nekounam headed to the ball to Siavash Akbarpour, who then tied the match with a beautiful strike. And in the 67th minute veteran striker, and Esteghlal captain, Farhad Majidi, scored the winning goal for his team.
