Persepolis not interested in Del Piero



TEHRANTIMES – Persepolis football club announced that the Iranian giant is not interested in signing Alessandro Del Piero.


Persepolis spokesman Hossein Ghoddusi said the team has no any plan to sign the Sydney FC striker.   

“We have not negotiated with Del Piero at all. Persepolis has no money to spend,” he said.

Ex-Juventus striker joined Sydney FC on a two-year deal in September 2012.
