Mayelikohan shortlisted for Persepolis job



TEHRANTIMES - Mohammad Mayelikohan has been linked with a move to Persepolis football team.


The 60-year-old coach has negotiated with Persepolis General Manager Mohammad Ruyanian to take charge the Iranian football favorite team.

“I’ve played for Persepolis for 15 years and it’s a great honor to be coach of my team. I believe that Persepolis has a big potential to improve,” Mayelikohan said.

Persepolis finished in 7th place in the Iranian Professional League (IPL) under guidance of Yahya Golmohammadi.
