Regarding Mohammad Rouyanian’s account concerning negotiation with Ali Daei to direct Persepolis team he said, “Professional principles in football necessitate that we do not enter into negotiation with the player or coach who has entered into contract with the club. All the football society like Rouyanian himself knows that Ali Daei has renewed his contract with Rah Ahan Club. Bringing up the issue of negotiation with him has no other interpretation but an insult to Rah Ahan Club while ignoring football professional principles."
