PLDC - Tehran, The offensive behaviour of Firouz Karimi, the head coach of Peykan, at the end of the match against Fajr Sepasi provoked a strong reaction by the disciplinary committee.
Following the images of Firouz Karimi’s insulting his team players and after uttering the word “cannibal” for the foreign and black-faced player of Fajr Sepasi team, the disciplinary committee banned him for 8 sessions of accompanying the teams under his head coaching.
Karimi was also fined to pay 10 million Tomans to the football federation. This verdict is probably the end of his head coaching in the premier league of Iran.
After the winning goal of the away team, Karimi called his players as cowardly and fatuous and humiliated them, while in his reaction to shaking hands with Sendley Sidney Bito, Fajr player, he withdrew his hand and used inappropriate words.
Selection of Karimi as the head coach of Peykan was strange; it was the outcome of the decision made by those mangers who have no professional competence in football.
