PLDC - Tehran, By expressing his annoyance with some issues, Amir Ghalenoei talked about his likely separation.

After the play against Al Rayyan, he announced that Esteghlal needed a great coach, sending his implicit message for leaving Esteghlal. While the season is ending, Ghalenoei is dissatisfied with the policy making of some of the members of the board of directors and has been protesting since the beginning of the season for his unfulfilled demands.

Economic problems of the club are the most important reasons that Amir has decided to talk about his likely leave.  

Another problem for Ghalenoei to think of leaving is the pressure from the side of the mass media. He believes that if he coaches in another team he does not need to suffer from so much pressure and can guide his team in tranquillity and concentration.

Another important issue is the behaviour of some fans of Esteghlal at the stadiums. Ghalenoei believes that some of the fans of Esteghlal are disobliged towards him and have created some marginal issues for Esteghlal.
