PLDC - Riyadh, The manager of Saudi Arabia Al-Hilal FC asked the Football Federation of his country to pursue the threat of Amir Ghalenoei, the head coach of Esteghlal team, made against Al-Hilal team.

Prince Abdulrahman bin Musa'ad added, “I have asked the Saudi Arabia Football Federation to pursue the threat of Amir Ghalenoei, the head coach of Iran Esteghlal team, concerning a 10-hour wait of Al-Hilal team at Tehran airport.”

Ahead of the play of his team against Al-Hilal in AFC Champions League, Amir Ghalenoei, the head coach of Esteghlal team, referred to the 3-hour wait of Iran Esteghlal Team at Riyadh airport in a news conference and said, “In response to this action, the Saudi Arabia Al-Hilal Team will wait for more than 10 hours at Tehran airport.”

Meanwhile, Abdul Kareem Al Jasser, Director of the Media Center said, “The wait of Esteghlal Team at the airport was out of our control and had nothing to do with us.”

Furthermore, he apologized to the members of Iran Esteghlal Team for the wait at King Khalid International Airport.
