Daniel Davari to make Iran debut against Kuwait


TEHRANTIMES - German-Iranian keeper Daniel Davari will make his Iran debut against Kuwait in the 2015 AFC Asian Cup qualification on March 26.


Previous No 1, Mehdi Rahmati, withdrew from the national team due to some problems in January and Daniel Davari has been given a chance to wear the jersey.   

Davari had been invited to Iran football team for the match against Lebanon in February 6 but withdrew due to concentration on his club’s matches.  

Iran has been drawn against Lebanon, Thailand and Kuwait in the 2015 AFC Asian Cup qualification.
