Daei builds school in Ardebil

PLDC - In memory of his late father, Abolfazl Daei, Ali Daei (Iranian National Team captain and legionnaire of Al Shabab) has funded a school to be built called "Abolfazl Daei" in the Golestan Estate of Ardebil province. 
The province is the home town of the player and also one of the poorer regions of Iran. The school has a foundation of 400 square meters and is estimated to cost 400 million Rials ($50.000).

In a short speech about the construction of the school Daei said, "My father's whole life was dedicated to such charity work. I hope to continue in his path. This is the smallest thing I can do for my hometown of 
Ardebil but I hope I can continue aiding others in this area."

Daei is at present in Iran for the final mourning ceremony of his father and will return to the UAE after the event. The family has apparently dedicated their late father's two storey house for the establishment of a clinic.
