PLDC - Tehran, Esmaeel Hassanzadeh announced the list of all the clubs in debt, the amount of their debts, and the number of plaintiffs.

He added that, “all these clubs have to fully settle their debts until the start of the next season or obtain the consent of the plaintiffs; otherwise, none of them is allowed to attend the next season matches at any level.

The head of the disciplinary committee announced that, “now, there are 45 clubs in debt with the total amount of 18 billion Tomans. Of these clubs 12 are from the premier league, 14 from the Azadegan league, 4 clubs from the second division league, 3 from the third division league , 2 from women league, and 10 are inactive and non-regular clubs.

According to the same report, Esteghlal owes more than one billion Tomans and is the most owed club of the premier league, while Persepolis with more than 900 million Toman is the second. Shahin Busher is the most owed club with 2 billion Tomans in Iran.
