After Royanian’s announcement of his resignation from Persepolis, in reaction to Royanian’s resignation, Mohammad Hossein Nejadfallah, the member of Persepolis board of directors said, “I got touch with Royanian last night and communicated the decision of the board of directors. Due to the existing conditions, the board of directors disagrees with his resignation.”

By stating that there were many things left to do, he added, “Persepolis has important plays in the premier league and Hazfi Cup. More important than that is the important play against Esteghlal in the next two weeks.”

At the end of his interview, Nedjadfallah announced that the convention of Persepolis board of directors will be held on next Sunday and added that there was no need for an emergency convention.
