PFDC – PAMPLONA, Iranian international Masoud Shojaei has fully recovered from his thigh injury.
The 28-year-old Osasuna offensive allrounder had returned from a heavy foot injury which had sidelined him for more than a year in autumn, but again made the injury list in early November after sustaining a muscle injury.
After two months on the sidelines Shojaei returned to the team training earlier this month but has not been match fit yet.
However, according to ‘navarrasport.com’ he has now regained full fitness and might give a comeback after a final medical check this week.
On Sunday bottom placed Osasuna will take on Deportivo La Coruna.
Shojaei played 89 times for Osasuna since joining the Basques in 2008, scoring seven goals.
He also scored four goals in 40 outings for Iran’s national team since 2004.
