Regarding his offer to Karim Bagheri for his presence in Persepolis, he said,” I asked Bagheri to be on my side as the manager of technical team. He cannot be a coach, because he has not attended coaching classes and cannot sit on the bench, but his presence can be beneficial for Persepolis.”

Regarding his cooperation with Ali Parvin, the interim head coach added that, “I will consult with Parvin for sure, but I cannot accept his interference in my affairs. Anyhow, Parvin is a veteran, but the principles of business and profession do not allow anyone to interfere in my affairs. Certainly, Parvin has good experiences and I intend to employ them.”

In response to a question concerning the rumor that he joined Persepolis with the intention that he knew he would replace Jose, Golmohammadi said. “When I joined Persepolis, it was in a critical situation and Royaniyan suggested that I join the team. At that time, I did not intend to become the head coach. I just wanted to be an aide to Persepolis.”
