TEHRANTIMES - Persepolis general manager Mohammad Ruyanian said on Sunday that Milan is interested in signing the team striker Karim Ansarifard in the January transfer window but he will not go there.

The 22-year-old striker, who has recently rediscovered his form in Persepolis, has received offers from Celtic, Rubin Kazan and Steaua Bucuresti as well.

“In a meeting with the AC Milan officials in Milan, they showed their interest in Ansarifard but we need him for the second half of the season.  

Persepolis is 12th at the standings table of the Iran Professional League.
