TEHRANTIMES - Esteghlal football team defeated Rah Ahan on Saturday in the 8th week of the Iran Professional League.

The popular football team beat Rah Ahan 2-0 thanks to goals from Arash Borhani and Meysam Ba’o in the 9th and 82nd minutes.

“We defeated a good team and I have to say we can win the title. Esteghlal has potential to claim the title,” Esteghlal coach Amir Ghalenoei said.
