TEHRANTIMES - Sepahan will begin the defence of its Iran Professional League (IPL) title at home against Mes of Kerman on July 19.

At the drawing ceremony of the 12th edition of the IPL, which was held on Sunday, Sepahan will host Mes in the first week, while Persepolis will travel to Abadan to play Sanat Naft.

Esteghlal is scheduled to face newly-promoted Aluminium of Hormozgan in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium.

The Tehran derby between Iranian football giants Persepolis and Esteghlal will be played on August 24.
