KABIR - Parviz Mazloomi, the former manager of Esteghlal, joined Teraktorsazi.

Jafari, the president of Teraktorsazi, confirmed this news by saying: “Amir Ghalenoei left our time in bad condition. Then we negotiated with several foreigner and Iranian coaches for Teraktorsazi’s post. But the board of directors of Teraktorsazi preferred to hire a local coach. We defined several filters to choose an Iranian coach. Parviz Mazloomi was an ideal option for us because he led his team to qualify for AFC Champions League tournament and he won Hazfi Cup with Esteghlal in the previous season. Thats why we chose him.”

“Mazloomi promised us to take at least one cup with Teraktorsazi and this is valuable for us.” Jafari added.

Parviz Mazloomi started his senior career with Teraktorsazi. He joined this Tabriz based club in 1975 where he scored nine goals during Takht Jamshid Cup. However he left the club in 1978 and joined Esteghlal until the end of his career.

“I used to play for Teraktorsazi and now my goal is to make them happy in the next season. Im sure we will take at least one cup with this team.” Mazloomi said.
