Iran has been invited to LG Cup in Morrocco

The Iranian National Team has been invited to the LG Cup in Morrocco. Other participants will be Morrocco, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela. The tournament is scheduled for March 1-3. The Football Federation of Iran will annoucne soon whether Iran will participate or not. The winner of the tournament will recieve $50,000, the 2nd place team will recieve $30,000 and the 3rd place will recieve $20,000.

Iran participated in the LG Cup in Cairo last year and finished last. It has been rumored that iran will play Morrocco ont he opening day of the 4-team tournament.
