Shojaei says he will be fit for action in June

TEHRANTIMES - Osasuna’s Iranian midfielder Masoud Shojaei said that his foot is making a good recovery under physiotherapy.

Shojaei is optimistic about being invited to play for the Iran football team headed by Portuguese Carlos Queiroz.

“I could not wait to play in La Liga. I will start running within two weeks and I think I can return to pitch in June,” Shojaei said.

Shojaei injured his foot in La Liga last year in the match against Atletico Madrid and has undergone surgery four times so far.
