According to several reports, the 42-year old former Iranian national team striker and World's top goal scorer of all time was hospitalized in a hospital in the city of Kashan after suffering a bad head injury and is currently lying at the intensive care unit, however, there are no further detailed information regarding his health condition.
News media inside of Iran indicated, that Daei didn't suffer a life-threatening injury, but he must stay overnight at the Kashan hospital.
