Teymourian, who has been out of the Iranian giant for one month and expected to return to the team within the next few days, will be out for two months more, according to the team’s doctor.
“The broken toe has been displaced and he (Teymourian) has to wait for two months more. He could return to his team in mid-April,” Sohrab Keyhani said.
It’s a blow for Esteghlal since the Iran Professional League leader will miss Tehran derby against Persepolis on February 2.
