In the match held in Qom’s Yedegar Emam Stadium, Reza Enayati put Saba into the lead just seconds into the match, escaping the defenders and put the ball into back of the net.
Arash Borhani equalized the match in the 18th minute after Saba defenders made mistakes into the penalty box.
Saba was reduced to ten men in the 78th minute after Milad Nouri received a straight red card.
Esteghlal remained one point ahead of Naft at the top of the table with 27 points. Saba is third with 26 points.
