Mahdavikia to establish charity foundation for children
MNA - Former Hamburg Iranian midfielder Mehdi Mahdavikia has decided to establish a charity foundation for the special diseases.
Mahdavikia, who joined Damash in the domestic league, said that he is going to set up a charity foundation for the children who suffer from the special diseases, like thalassemia, hemophilia, hemodialysis, and AIDS etc.
Speaking at the introductory news conference at the Damash Club, Mahdavikia said, “My biggest objective is to establish a charity foundation for the children. I’ve put aside a big part of my Damash’s contract for this purpose. I will try to launch the foundation as soon as possible.”
“My family undoubtedly will help me to accomplish my goal. I hope that the world’s football stars also assist me to establish the charity as well,” he added.
