MNA - Amir Ghalenoei is likely to join Traktorsazi of Tabriz, according to the Iranian media.

Ghalenoei, who inspired Sepahan to become the first team which to win Iran football league championship two times in a row, has reportedly negotiated with the Tabriz based team.

He will more likely replace Faraz Kamalvand in Traktorsazi of Tabriz. The team finished at fifth place in the Iran Professional League (IPL) in the season.

Reports indicated that he has been offered a one-year contract worth $800,000.

Persepolis coach Ali Daei also said Sepahan football club has offered him a coaching contract.

Persepolis won the Iran’s Hazfi Cup on Friday after placed fourth in the Iran Professional League behind Sepahan, Esteghlal and Zob Ahan.

“Sepahan football officials have contacted me to take charge their team but I will have to wait to see what happened,” Daei said.

Daei had already said his job in Persepolis has been finished since his contract has expired in the popular team.
