Iran soccer club to sue Saudi Arabia

ISNA - Iran's Persepolis soccer club is to sue Saudi Arabia for its stonewalling.

In a letter to be sent to Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the Iranian team sued the neighboring Arab country for its stonewalling at the time of arrival of the Iranian squad at Jeddah Airport.

The Iranian club chose to sue Saudi Arabia after football players were kept waiting for 5 hours when they arrived at Jeddah Airport and failed to reach their residences quickly.
